Warranty / Refunds / Exchanges

Every piece is made to order, which means we don’t hold stock or resell returns, so we can’t accept change-of-mind refunds/returns.

If your first choice doesn’t fit quite right, we’ll happily offer a size exchange. We’ll remake the item — you just cover the shipping. (Limited to one exchange per order.)

Refunds are accepted for defects in materials, stitching, print, delivery issues or any other problems on our end. These are covered by our warranty.

Are your items Pre-Shrunk?

Yes, our items are pre-shrunk. Most pieces stay within a 3% shrinkage rate, which is excellent for 100% cotton. To prevent any additional shrinkage, please follow the Fabric & Care guide.
