Vasanter Refund & Returns Policy

At Vasanter, every piece is made to order — created just for you.
As a result, we don’t hold inventory or resell returns, so we can’t accept change-of-mind refunds.
However, we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction and will always make things right in cases of defects, errors, or delivery issues.


1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Since all Vasanter items are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds unless one of the following applies:

  • Defective Product: The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or flawed (e.g., stitching errors, printing defects, or poor quality).

  • Incorrect Order: You receive the wrong size, color, or design compared to your order confirmation.

  • Non-Delivery: Your order never arrives due to a fulfillment or shipping error on our end (not including incorrect addresses provided by you).

If your order meets any of these criteria, we’ll offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the affected item,

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit for future purchases.


2. Size Exchange Policy

If your first choice doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer one size exchange per order.

  • We’ll remake the item for you — you just cover the return and re-shipping costs.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.


3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To start a return, exchange, or report an issue:

  1. Email info@vasanter.com within 14 days of receiving your order (or within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for non-delivery).

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days and guide you through the next steps.

If a return is required, we’ll provide a return address.
Unless the problem was caused by us (e.g., printing error, defective product, or incorrect item), return shipping costs are your responsibility.


4. Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval and applied automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete processing (typically 2–5 business days).


5. Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders can only be cancelled before production starts.
If you need to cancel, please email info@vasanter.com immediately.
Once production has begun, we cannot cancel or modify the order.


6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your refund is due to a Vasanter or supplier error (e.g., defective product or non-delivery).
If you’re returning an item for an exchange or size change, you will be responsible for covering shipping both ways.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact info@vasanter.com within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • Provide photos of the packaging and damaged item (if applicable).

  • We will investigate with our shipping partners and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. International Orders

Please note:

  • Customs or import delays are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds unless the order is confirmed lost.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
    Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping costs.


9. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept refunds for:

  • Items that match your approved design, size, and specifications but are no longer wanted.

  • Products damaged by improper handling, washing, or use.

  • Delayed orders due to customs or postal backlogs outside our control.


10. Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are based in the UK, EU, or EEA, please note that the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods.
