Vasanter Shipping Policy

At Vasanter, every product is made to order. We partner with reliable global carriers — FedEx, DHL, and UPS — to deliver your order safely and efficiently, wherever you are.
1. Order Processing

We require 1–3 business days on average to fulfill your order.

During peak periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order has entered production or fulfillment, we are unable to make any changes, including address updates or order modifications.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking details.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and may vary slightly based on local conditions and carrier performance.
Below are our estimated delivery times after dispatch:

3. Tracking
All shipments include tracking information.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after dispatch.

If tracking details have not updated after 5 business days, please contact info@vasanter.com and we will assist you.
4. Split Shipments
On rare occasions, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
This allows us to deliver your products faster if they are fulfilled at different facilities.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
5. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your country’s import regulations.
These fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is refused and returned due to unpaid import charges, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and import fees incurred.
Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Vasanter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your order:

Arrives damaged, or

Is marked as delivered but has not been received,
please contact your shipping provider (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) to file a claim and notify us at info@vasanter.com within 14 days of delivery or expected delivery.
We will support you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We begin production shortly after an order is placed, so we cannot change the address once fulfillment has started.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.
8. Delivery Delays
We strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, but delays may occur due to:

Carrier backlogs, strikes, or service interruptions

Severe weather, natural disasters, or local holidays
Such delays are beyond our control, but we will do our best to help track your order and keep you informed.
